Booking Terms and Conditions

Oneiro Travel LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a luxury travel consultancy and booking agent registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16136132). We arrange bespoke travel and lifestyle services for global high-net-worth individuals and private clients.

2.1 Oneiro Travel LTD acts solely as an agent and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”).

2.2 We do not own, operate, or control any aircraft, yachts, hotels, villas, or service facilities. Your contract is with the Supplier, not with Oneiro Travel LTD.

3. Booking, Availability & Payment

3.3 A non-refundable deposit or full prepayment may be required, based on the Supplier’s policy. All payment terms will be clearly stated in your invoice.

4.1 Oneiro Travel LTD acts only as a booking agent for aircraft and vessel charters. We do not own, operate, or maintain any aircraft or marine vessels.

5. Changes & Cancellations

5.1 All amendment and cancellation requests must be made in writing.

5.2 Cancellations are subject to the Supplier’s policies, which may include non-refundable deposits or cancellation charges up to 100% of the booking value.

5.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the Supplier. Oneiro Travel LTD accepts no liability for their timing or outcome.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:

10. Client Conduct & Behaviour

10.1 You are expected to behave respectfully and in compliance with all laws while using services arranged through us.

10.2 Suppliers may terminate services without refund if your behaviour is unlawful, abusive, threatening, or endangers staff, crew, or property.

10.3 Oneiro Travel LTD is not liable for termination, blacklisting, or additional charges incurred as a result of client misconduct.

11. Complaints

11.1 Issues must be reported immediately to the Supplier at the time of occurrence.

11.2 If unresolved, you may submit a written complaint to us within 14 days of your return.

11.3 We will assist in communication with the Supplier but accept no liability for their resolution or compensation process.

12. Clients Based in the United States

12.1 All bookings are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 You agree that all legal proceedings must be brought only in the courts of England and Wales, and you waive any right to initiate claims in US courts.

12.3 You also waive any right to join or initiate a class action or group claim in the United States or elsewhere.

12.4 All documentation is provided in English, and you are responsible for obtaining translation or legal interpretation if required.

13. Sanctions, Ethics & Right to Refuse Service

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all bookings are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
